The Bahamas is a New York Times Top Destination in 2020

January has a way of encouraging us to make lists and set goals. And here at Margaritaville Beach Resort, Nassau, Bahamas, that’s especially true as we prepare to open our Residences and Beach Resort later this year.

Another exciting list that just came out is The New York Times top 52 places to go in 2020, where The Bahamas was selected as their #22 place to visit (NYT subscribers can see the article here).

The Times reports what we down in The Bahamas already know:

  • Much of The Bahamas was spared the full impact of Hurricane Dorian and are eagerly awaiting visitors.
  • Direct flights from Denver are making our islands more accessible than ever before to the western section of the US.
  • Our resort is opening later this year!

And there is so much more to the story. We’re excited to offer options and opportunities that extend beyond your typical “visit”. You’ll be able to do as much, or a little, as you want to on your vacation. Our comforts and amenities rival any Bahamas destination, but our location makes the difference. Positioned along the water in downtown Nassau, complete with slips that can accommodate boats and yachts up-to 150’, you can get out and experience the 700 islands of The Bahamas however you please.

We have accommodations that are available for a typical resort stay, as well as residences available for long-term rental or purchase. You can learn more exploring our website or use the contact form to get in touch with our team for more information.
